Our Service Desk is available to our customers through several ways; by phone or
by email. Phones are staffed with a customer service representative not a
button or number option in our system. Our goal is to always have a
customer service representative answer the phone during business hours.
After business hours CIS customers may choose an option to have the on-call
service technician respond to your request imediately. Customers also have
the option to leave a message if the service request is not urgent.
Email service requests to our service desk are a fast way to request service as
well as update your company record that service is needed giving our team a full
view of all open service tickets and ensuring the correct routing for the right
expertise needed.
CIS was incorporated in 1989 and began as a reseller for accounting and
manufacturing software. In 1996 the company formed our network services team
that supports local companies across many different industries and network
configurations. CIS employs Microsoft Certified Engineers and is a
Gold Partner. CIS has invested heavily in industry standard software
and tools that assist us in, service call tracking, remote support and proactive
maintenance.
